Damini Women’s Association of Qld Inc was inaugurated in August 2006 with an aim to Empower Women and Children. The committee consists of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and five committee members. The members are provided the opportunity to take the role of assistant secretary, assistant treasurer and program coordinators, while the president take the role of Public Relation Officer and oversee the activities of the association.
Membership fee is $20.00 and we encourage a diverse community women to join the Association. We organise a number of activities for children and women to achieve our aims and objectives. Each year Damini Women’s celebrate International Women’s Day. This year we celebrated International Women’s Day on 7 March 2015. More information is provided on our Website: www.daminiwomens.com.au.
