Australian Indian Events Company’s Diwali 2023 a resounding success at Movie world
AIEC had a Grand Success for The Diwali at Movie World with over five thousand attendees, the event was Sold Out a week in advance, this would arguably be the Fastest-Selling Indian Festival on the Gold Coast. The event created history being first time ever at Warner Bros Movie World. It was proudly Organised by Australian Indian Events Co. (AIEC), a Gold Coast based events company led by Shrey Baluja. The presenting partner was Saffron Indian Gourmet.
The event included live Parade by Brisbane Dhol Tasha with Warner Bros Characters. There were over twenty plus unique Performances, ten plus retail Shops and up to five variety food stalls. The event was Inaugurated by Mark Boothman MP, as the chief guest.
Other community leaders included Pinky Singh Manvi OAM, Pushpinder Oberoi, Pradip Gorasia, Kishor Nallapu and the Organiser Shrey Baluja). Diwali is fast becoming a universal celebration which transcends cultures, more than thirty five percent of ticket holders were from Multicultural backgrounds and wider Australian community. The entry fee was from thirty-five dollars per person.
